Jan '94   Guest performance and recording with "Unified Jazz Ensemble (National Endowment for the Arts funded jazz quintet).

Summer 1993   Vocalist with "Robert Lee Kolb and The Local Heroes" at Dallas clubs:
Broadway Grill and the Village Country Club.

1990   Soprano in the Dallas Symphony Chorus; performances at the Morton H. Meyerson.


RECORDING EXPERIENCE:

Dallas studio work:
Work in various Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex recording studios, including jingle house The Axcess Group, TM Century, Hooper Music Productions, and Radio Vision. Also, work on various jingles including KRLD radio spot for III Forks restaurant, "A Walmart Christmas" and Ft. Worth Outlet Square jingle. Demo/CD recordings for various artists: Luminous Sound Studios, Dallas Sound Lab, Goodnight Audio, Grand Theft Studio, Eagle Audio, Reel Time Audio, Inside Track, and Crystal Clear Sound.

More Dallas studio work:
2006 and 2008 CD releases; Slow Burn recorded at Face Recordings and Losing My Grip, recorded at Barncat Productions and Palace Cleaners.

Los Angeles studio work:
2003 self-titled CD release.
Background vocal session work in Los Angeles studios for various recording artists.

UNT Jazz Singer 1991 CD release: "My Favorite Things", and follow-up recording, released in 1993.

Various commercial work for The Axcess Group, TM Century and Radio Vision in Dallas, TX. Radio I.D. work at Hooper Music Productions and TM Century.


EDUCATION:

University of North Texas jazz studies major in vocal performance, and minor in piano.
Graduation date: December 1994.

Piano lessons for 13 years.

Voice lessons for four years.

Member and soloist with the University of North Texas Jazz Singers: 1989-'93.

Member of the University of North Texas Concert Choir: 1989-'92

Vocalist with the University of North Texas Zebras, (fusion/funk band): 1991

1988 Second Place, SMU Jazz Piano Competition.

1988 First Place, Dallas Solo and Ensemble Competition.


OTHER ABILITIES:

Am able to sing in the following languages: Portuguese, French, Italian, and German (note: I do not speak these languages, but learned to sing them phonetically).
